Risqué Business
It doesn’t even matter. Life is full of risks and chances to take.
And It’s up to us to make the right choices for ourselves.
One day you could feel like you’re in love. And one day later realize it’s not real.
And I say, I always knew you were a liar. They always said you were just lying to me.
It doesn’t even matter. Life is full of risks and chances to take.
So I’m sorry I wasted my time on you. I’m so sorry that I wasted my time.
Though I may stumble, I will pick myself back up again. Nothing can stop from living my life. Nothing, Not even you.
It’s sad to say, that I believed in you. It’s sad to say, that I believed in you. The worst part is knowing You’re not you. The worst part is knowing you’re not you.

Whale Bones - Secret and Whisper
I was born to a very simple family. We would scrape and save to rebuild our name. I met a girl who believes in me, And I believe in her. And it’s only on Thursday morning, We sail away!
Do you hate the feeling of life on the open sea? The wood is rotting underneath. Does the salty breeze trigger your memory. Of whale bones and coming home?
Do you hear it? The sea is calling. ‘Cause these hands were meant to retrieve the net. My breath grows tighter and tighter, When I think of you.
You better keep your hands off my lady..Do you hate the feeling of life on the open sea? The wood is rotting underneath. Does the salty breeze trigger your memory. Of whale bones and coming home?
We will have to burn some time For the holidays. We will swim with ocean life, And the manta rays. We have waited all our lives, For these golden days. We will have to burn some time for the holidays. We will swim with ocean life, And the manta rays. We have waited all our lives For these golden days.

my trip home: pt 6.
after i ate my food at the train station i had some time to kill. like four hours haha. but so i wandered around the union station for a bit and decided to sit in the southside lounge to wait for my boarding call. the area i was sitting in was full of people and as time went on it got smaller. i then heard announcements to start for boarding and i needed to sign my ticket. i asked the lady next to me for a pen and then we started chatting. she was travelling home to ithica with her husband and daughter. we chatted for a bit about the mandolin on my back and just life in general.. its sad to say that my whole trip thus far the first srt of people to actually treat me like i exist live only a few hours away from my hometown. we boarded the train separateley and lost touch.. we didnt even exchange names but im sure that if we meet again it will be awesome, and if not then i at least thank God for putting someone near me to help pass the time. ten hours left on the train. im getting anxious, im so excited to see everyone again! thats all im gonna write for now. until then, go check out “sometimes we are beautiful” by Inked in Blood. - Zachariah

my trip home: pt 5.
i slept hard last night, i was the only passenger in my car that wasnt sharing seats with someone. i dont know how i managed that but it was sweet. i slept from like three am til ten and then on and off again til about two. cell service was pretty rough most od last night and this morning. so im writing this update from the union station in chicago.. i heard this place was big, but man is it ever! its like a mall. theres stores and a food court and everything! i just ate a personal pan pizza from pizza hut express that cost me six bucks but.. its better than nutty buddies and granola bars. now i have to wait til 9:30 for my train to new york to leave, not quite sure what im gonna do to pass the time. i’ll update later. until then, check out my friends Straight to Our Enemies. their new full length is available now on itunes. - Zachariah

sittin on the train going thru time zones is a wild ride lol. its confusing but i should be alright. i think were almost out of north dakota which is cool. then from here its minnesota for a while and then chicagooo. chicago should be fun.. five hours of waiting for the next train to ny. im hoping the terminal is near some cool things so i can do some sight seeing and possibly eat something other than nutty buddys and granola bars. thats it for now. ill write more later. until then go check out sleep for sleepers latest release. - Zachariah

my trip home: pt 3.
i discovered this morning that it is quite hard to get some decent sleep on a train. no dad there was no clickity clack.. just lots of bumps. i finally got some decent sleep and woke up at around noon somewhere in montana still.. im convinced montana is the worst state in america.. it never ends! but in all its been a pretty decent ride this far. had some little girl crying a few rows back and her mom ignored it.. that kinda stunk, but what can ya do? haha. we just pulled away from harve montana and i still have another 25 hours to go before i get to chicago. thats all for now. until then go listen to secret and whisper’s teenage fantasy record. its a goodie :). - Zachariah
